- We ship through trusted carriers; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or unforeseen circumstances once the package leaves our facilities.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order.
